DutiesLeads end-to-end design, development, and enterprise governance of executive dashboards and decision-enablement tools used throughout the Chief of Staff (CoS) Portfolio and broader DLA Enterprise to support SES and GS-15 leaders.Translates fragmented, complex operational data sources into authoritative, analytically defensible KPIs supporting enterprise planning, workload forecasting, and strategic decision-making across directorates.Develops comprehensive semantic data models, standardized measurement logic, and portfolio-wide KPI dictionaries to ensure consistency, traceability, and repeatability for high-stakes executive decision forums.Designs end-to-end workflow automations, SharePoint-based applications, and standardized business processes that streamline critical administrative functions, including manpower coordination, budget actions, contract routing, and broader DLA CoS Portfolio support.Serves as a senior advisor in governance forums, leading working sessions with managers and senior leaders to negotiate definitions, resolve divergent viewpoints, and develop executive-ready briefs.Produces authoritative SOPs, process maps, and governance artifacts that provide full visibility into workflow dependencies, enforce control standards, and improve administrative service delivery.Conducts advanced quantitative analysis using ETL logic and trend thresholds to evaluate program performance, identify data quality gaps, and design original evaluation methods for long-range planning.
