We’re looking for a warm, driven Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice — and to help our patients confidently move forward with the care that will change their health. This is more than a front desk seat: you’ll own the patient experience and play a key role in helping patients say yes to treatment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and care for every patient with warmth and professionalism, in person and on the phone
• Guide patients through their treatment plans and help them understand and confidently say yes to recommended care
• Keep the schedule full, efficient, and running smoothly
• Coordinate the flow of the front desk day — including opening, midday, and closing
• Anticipate the doctor’s needs and help keep a busy day on track
• Maintain accurate patient records and support smooth daily operations
• Use modern tools — including our practice software (Eaglesoft) and AI — to work smarter, not harder

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Dental or medical front-desk / treatment-coordinator experience
• Eaglesoft experience
• Sales, treatment-presentation, or case-acceptance experience
• Team leadership or management experience

Hours

This is a Monday through Thursday role, roughly 34-36 hours per week, with most Fridays off (occasional Friday mornings only). Your shift is scheduled within our 7:15 am to 5:15 pm window and varies by day - some days start earlier (around 7:15 am) and end mid-afternoon, others start around 8 am and end at 5:15 pm. You won't work the full window every day, and we'll set a consistent weekly schedule with you.
