About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. What You'll Do
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and examinations for new patients
• Assess functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician referrals, clinical best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance, and fall-risk patient populations
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and applicable state regulations
• Support efficient patient scheduling and clinic workflow
• Participate in community outreach, educational presentations, and professional development activities
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Required Qualifications
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient environment
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care

Preferred Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic or neurological setting
• Experience treating vestibular and balance disorders
• Experience working with fall-risk populations
• Knowledge of evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and treatment approaches
