Location: Bannockburn IL
Pay: $18-20/hour Based on Experience
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch), plus overtime as needed

Our client in Bannockburn is seeking dependable and motivated Screen Printers to join their production team. This position involves manually printing designs onto garments, loading and unloading shirts from printing equipment, and supporting both manual and automatic screen-printing operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, flexible, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load garments onto manual and automatic screen-printing machines accurately and efficiently
• Apply ink through screens using a squeegee during manual printing processes
• Remove printed garments and place them onto conveyor dryers for curing
• Maintain production speed and quality standards while performing repetitive tasks
• Assist with setup and operation of manual and automatic printing equipment
• Learn multiple production functions and provide backup support where needed
• Perform cleaning, organization, and general production support duties throughout the facility
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Work overtime and occasional Saturdays as required to meet customer deadlines

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous screen-printing experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate!
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Must be flexible with overtime and weekend work when needed
