Gluer Operator - 3rd Shift Niles, IL | $20-25/hour | Full-Time We're hiring experienced Gluer Operators to join a growing production team at a leading packaging manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with folding/gluing equipment experience or a strong mechanical background who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate folding and gluing equipment
- Monitor product quality and machine performance
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make machine adjustments
- Read job tickets and production specifications
- Complete production documentation and support continuous workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience operating folding/gluing equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Packaging, printing, or converting industry experience is a plus
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- 3rd Shift: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM
