Gluer Operator - 3rd Shift

Niles, IL | $20-25/hour | Full-Time

We're hiring experienced Gluer Operators to join a growing production team at a leading packaging manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with folding/gluing equipment experience or a strong mechanical background who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate folding and gluing equipment
Monitor product quality and machine performance
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make machine adjustments
Read job tickets and production specifications
Complete production documentation and support continuous workflow
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Experience operating folding/gluing equipment preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Packaging, printing, or converting industry experience is a plus
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Schedule:

3rd Shift: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM
