Transaction Coordinator

Position Overview Hybrid Transaction Coordinator based in Seattle, working in office 2 days per week. Requires an active Washington real estate license. Responsible for managing compliance and administrative aspects of listings, transactions, and commission processes. Responsibilities Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements. Ensure contracts are processed properly and in a timely manner, focusing on details. Manage and track contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met. Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission records. Provide support to agents regarding commission payouts, deductions, and calculations. Collaborate with sales managers and other support teams to offer outstanding support to agents. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in real estate transaction processing, coordination, accounting, or payroll. Washington real estate license required. Familiarity with standard Washington real estate forms. Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of agent contract data. Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Customer service-oriented personality. Impeccable attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. B.A. or B.S. degree preferred. Compensation The base pay range is $27.00 – $30.00 per hour, plus potential bonuses and restricted stock units.
