What You’ll Do Work side by side with partners and team members on sophisticated, high-stakes restructuring, insolvency, and litigation matters. Take an active role in developing case strategy, communicating with clients, and driving outcomes—not just executing tasks. Have responsibility for investigating claims and identifying supporting documents, preparing and arguing discovery and case-dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, working directly with expert witnesses, and preparing for and taking cases to trial as part of trial teams. Be part of a collaborative legal team that values preparation, thoughtful advocacy, and business-minded lawyering. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in restructuring/reorganization and/or complex commercial litigation. Bankruptcy/reorganization experience strongly preferred. If not, you must have a demonstrated understanding and genuine interest in learning. Proven research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with readiness to appear in court, handle contested hearings, and participate in depositions and trial prep. Licensed to practice in Florida . Able to manage a varied caseload , prioritize independently , and perform under pressure and deadlines without constant supervision.
