- Lead daily housekeeping operations and support team members.
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and guest-ready.
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping associates.
- Create team schedules and assist with staffing needs.
- Manage inventory and supply orders.
- Work closely with hotel leadership to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Help with cleaning duties during busy periods.
- Promote a safe and positive work environment.
- At least 1 year of housekeeping or hospitality experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
