In This Role, You Will

• Lead daily housekeeping operations and support team members.

• Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and guest-ready.

• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping associates.

• Create team schedules and assist with staffing needs.

• Manage inventory and supply orders.

• Work closely with hotel leadership to maintain exceptional service standards.

• Help with cleaning duties during busy periods.

• Promote a safe and positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of housekeeping or hospitality experience.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
