Regional Planner

MANTECH seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Regional Planner to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinates and monitors the daily logistical activities of staff and verifies the performance of various resource units.

• Prepare logistics operational plans, maintain accurate records of asset transfers, and verify that all work meets established SOPs and safety requirements.

• Monitor resource consumption and coordinate with vendors to ensure the delivery of essential supplies for regional operations.

• Drafts and maintains logistics coordination documentation for special operations activities in the Indo-Pacific.

• Prepare planning artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing sustainment actions at regional mission-support sites.

• Assist in identifying operational gaps in theater distribution and recommend priority resource allocations to sustain theater readiness.

• Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of position-relevant experience.

• Demonstrated ability to draft technical logistics documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of position-relevant experience.

• Associate's degree or a related field.

• Experience using automated logistics or supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).

Clearance Requirement:

• Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
