Service Leader

Service Leader We are looking for a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. The Service Leader will maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment, and will be on their feet while clocked in. If not busy, they will evaluate other tasks and assist others. What You’ll Do Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served. Resolve food quality issues. Support food safety by ensuring hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and ensuring the Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies are followed. Resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences. Help monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules. Develop and cross‑train all front‑of‑house crew. Assist with crew performance reviews. Develop future Service Leaders. Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties, such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork. Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary. Ensure the proper quantity of supplies is available as needed. What You’ll Bring To The Table Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures. Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters. Familiarity with office paperwork. Knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
