Mail Services Coordinator Daily mail and package handling (incoming/outgoing) Distribution and delivery across the site Shipping/receiving coordination (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Inventory management for mailroom supplies Support for special shipments and bulk distributions Coverage/back-up for Facilities Team Leader as needed Support for site events, moves, and internal logistics Coordination with workplace and facilities teams on ad hoc requests Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $30.64 - $36.05.
