We are a Mass Save partner and Home Performance Contractor seeking a qualified and motivated sales rep to join our growing team.

Position: BPI Certified Energy Auditor & Sales Rep

Responsibilities:

Conduct home energy assessments and provided recommendations for home improvements, including HVAC systems, weatherization, and solar PV systems
Manage sales and client communications to ensure smooth installations and project completion goals
Attend weekly in-person training meetings to learn product and service knowledge and grow your skills

Experience:

No sales experience required; we provide exceptional training for motivated and coachable individuals.
Opportunity to run Mass Save energy audits if you are BPI certified and be able to pass Mass Save requirements for Building Analysts. Not required for the Sales role.
Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally.
Bilingual proficiency is an asset.

Compensation:

Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $230,000+ per year.
