What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on production machinery
• Diagnose issues with PLCs, motors, drives, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Wire and troubleshoot control panels
• Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including 480V systems
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and drives
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset

This is a Permanent position based out of Hickory, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
