Recruiting Coordinator Duration: 6 Months - Possible extension based on performance Department: Human Resources Job Description Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews. Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and hiring process updates. Support recruiters with job postings and candidate tracking. Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination. Support recruiting events, career fairs, and university recruiting activities. Support administrative documentation as needed. Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR support, administrative, or customer service experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
