Recruiters at Victors Home Solutions play a critical role in building the teams that drive our continued growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, highly responsive, and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. This position requires strong communication skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, screen, and hire top talent across the organization.

Here are some examples of the actual work your day may include:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience
• Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to keep the recruiting process moving forward
• Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment requirements
• Collaborate with leadership and HR to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection through onboarding
• Monitor recruiting activity and provide updates on open positions, interviews, offers, and hiring progress
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate engagement, and time-to-fill
• Represent Victors Home Solutions and our brands professionally and enthusiastically throughout the hiring process

About you:

• High-energy, positive, and motivated with a genuine passion for people
• Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required; experience with Pinpoint is a strong plus
• Comfortable navigating an ATS daily to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and recruiting activity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously
• High sense of urgency and strong follow-through
• Confident conducting phone screens and interviews
• Comfortable communicating with candidates at all levels
• Ability to build relationships and create a positive candidate experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Positive thinker with a get-it-done attitude
• Ability to think independently and outside the box
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, or customer service experience preferred
