How You’ll Contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: You will make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan‑of‑care intervention and serving as a patient‑care innovator. Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify medical surgical needs Perform post‑operative assessments Perform wound care Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record Multidisciplinary collaboration Schedule PRN – Nights What We’re Looking For Applicants should have a current state LPN license. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 14 days of hire. Requires one year of nursing experience.
