Job Description

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Sales Executive – Accelerate to grow our professional staffing business throughout Milwuakee and the surrounding territory. If you enjoy building relationships, winning new business, and helping companies solve workforce challenges, this is your opportunity to make an impact!

You'll spend approximately 80% of your time in the field prospecting, meeting decision-makers, visiting customer sites, and developing new business. From cold calling and referrals to negotiating contracts and growing customer relationships, you'll own the sales process from start to finish.

What You'll Do

\n
• Generate new business through cold calling, in-person visits, referrals, and networking.
\n

\n
• Build relationships with decision-makers and identify staffing opportunities.
\n

\n
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and close.
\n

\n
• Develop territory strategies and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
\n

\n
• Partner with Operations to grow accounts and deliver workforce solutions.
\n

\n
• Conduct customer site visits and tours with Operations and Safety teams.
\n

\n
• Spend approximately 80% of your day in the field.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in staffing or workforce solutions.
\n

\n
• Proven success in new business development and territory sales.
\n

\n
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
\n

\n
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
\n

\n
• A valid driver's license.
\n
