ADMIN SECRETARY I (BUILDING INSPECTION) (FULL TIME)

ADMIN SECRETARY I (BUILDING INSPECTION) (FULL TIME) High school diploma or GED required. Notary Public certification required or obtained within 3 months. Four (4) years of experience required in general secretarial work or extensive experience in related field. Three years of continuous experience required as a Building Inspection Assistant. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills preferred. Must be able to use tact and diplomacy, plan and schedule, coordinate appointments, meet deadlines, be resourceful, and process work efficiently. Ability to have good command of the written word and sentence structure required. Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and thorough. Must be a self-starter and place a premium on maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr City of Richardson Texas
