Compensation

Good Faith Pay Range

Base compensation: $2600 per month
Commission and performance incentives paid under the dealership's compensation plan.
Expected total annual earnings: $60,000-$120,000+ for employees meeting performance expectations. Top performers may earn more. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and other factors.

Responsibilities

Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process.
Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
Build relationships with customers before and after the sale.
Follow up on dealership leads and referrals.
Maintain product knowledge and manufacturer certifications.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills.
Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
