As a trusted partner to store leadership, this individual upholds luxury standards across all aspects of the business while fostering a seamless and refined in-store environment.Blending operational expertise with a strong presence on the sales floor, the Floor Lead, Operations supports team development, cultivates clientele, and contributes to the achievement of store sales and KPI goals.ResponsibilitiesSupport and inspire a high-performing team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and excellenceDrive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of inventory accuracy, organization, and loss preventionPartner with store leadership to achieve sales goals and key business metrics, including conversion, AOV, UPT, and client retentionDeliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences that strengthen loyalty and brand affinityMaintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, ensuring all displays, pricing, and product presentation align with brand expectationsOversee front and back of house operations, including replenishment, shipment processing, inventory audits, and omni-channel transactionsServe as a leadership presence on the sales floor by coaching team members, supporting clienteling efforts, and reinforcing luxury service standardsPartner closely with HQ Operations and store leadership to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support overall store performanceQualifications2–3+ years of retail leadership and operations experience, preferably within luxury or premium retailStrong operational and inventory management expertiseProven ability to support sales performance and KPI achievementPassion for fine jewelry, styling, and elevated client experiencesStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailProficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management systemsPolished communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused approachFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs requireWhat You'll Love About UsAt Ana Luisa, we are committed to creating a people-first culture that values growth, creativity, and excellence.
