Thrive Roofing Co. is looking for a truly experienced roofing sales professional to join our Denver team.

This is a full-time, year-round W2 position for someone who knows the roofing business very well and is ready to grow their sales career. You will have a base salary, ability to earn unlimited commissions and will have clear expectations for sales you are required to close. During the active roofing season, the role requires evening and weekend work.

• Close company-generated opportunities

• Generate new business through networking & B2B relationships

• Conduct roof inspections

• Run insurance adjuster appointments

• Scope roofs and document project information

• Conduct customer meetings to explain the insurance process

• Get signed contracts

• Generate referrals and additional opportunities

• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers

• Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline
  

It is important to note that company-generated opportunities are part of your pipeline, not your entire pipeline. You will be expected to create opportunities through prospecting, referrals, relationships, and follow-up.

We’re looking for someone who sees the potential beyond a single appointment and knows how to turn activity in a neighborhood into more conversations and more business.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven roofing sales experience

• Residential insurance restoration experience

• Experience conducting roof inspections and running adjuster appointments

• Ability to scope roofs accurately

• Confidence presenting options and closing contracts with homeowners

• Proven ability to prospect and generate new business

• Strong follow-up and pipeline management

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Salary Range:
$105,007–$145,928 including a base salary (based on experience) plus unlimited commission potential
