What You'll Be Doing

• Process service agreements, purchase orders, and customer transactions
• Update service contracts, equipment records, and customer information
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional support
• Review and process service-related documentation
• Distribute invoices, service confirmations, and customer communications
• Maintain accurate records within company systems
• Partner with internal teams to resolve customer questions and requests
• Support the team during high-volume periods and special projects
• Maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience
• Comfortable handling inbound phone calls
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt as priorities change
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Experience

• Call center or high-volume phone environment
• Salesforce, Oracle, or similar systems
• Contract administration or service support experience
• Customer account management experience
