Founded in 1972, and now owned by Monica and Maria Elena Price, daughters of the founders, at ExperiencePlus! we strive to provide state-of-the-art experiences for travelers throughout the world with the vision to create meaningful connections through bicycle travel. Headquartered in Fort Collins, CO and with a sister company based in Forl, Italy, ExperiencePlus! offers supreme guided bicycle tours for riders around the world.
ExperiencePlus! Bicycle Tours is seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Travel Support Specialist to help travelers book pre- and post-tour hotel nights at trip start and end locations, advise them on arrival and departure logistics, and ensure we have the information needed for each traveler to have a successful trip. This role is essential to helping travelers prepare for their trips and is a great opportunity for someone seeking part-time work in a small, dynamic office environment in Fort Collins, Colorado. We offer a hybrid remote work environment, with time together in the office and the flexibility to work from home up to three days a week, depending on scheduled hours and workdays. Starting date: At the latest, Sept 21, 2026 Reports to: Traveler Services Manager
We are always looking for outstanding, motivated and fun people who:
- love to travel, explore and share the moment
- leaders, foodies, bike enthusiasts, naturalists, historians, story tellers, travel companions, interpreters, hosts and a friend
- fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Croatian, Czech, Polish
- locals with the ability to build bridges between cultures
- energetic, enthusiastic and want to make people around them feel good
- have knowledge of or are willing to learn basic bike mechanics
- have a valid drivers license and the ability to drive a stick-shift van.
We are particularly looking for local tour leaders to help lead trips in the following places:
- Belgium
- Spanish and French Basque country
- Italy
- France
- Germany
- Czech Republic
- Norway
- Finland
- Greece
- Denmark
- Poland
- Slovakia
- Spain
- Holland
