Administrative Support Specialist – Emergency Medical Services

Pay Range: $25 – $28/hour + Robust Benefits

Shift: Mon-Thurs 7a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Fridays off!)

Location: Loveland, CO

Position Type: Contract (~4 weeks)

How you'll spend your time as an Administrative Support Specialist:

• Deliver courteous, professional customer service.
• Assist with accounts payable, including invoice and payment processing.
• Support accounts receivable and billing, including reconciliation.
• Provide admin and billing support to the third-party billing vendor.
• Research and resolve routine billing and account discrepancies.
• Process record requests and maintain related documentation.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
• Process correspondence, mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate departmental data, records, and files.
• Prepare and distribute reports, forms, invoices, and correspondence.
  

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as an Administrative Support Specialist:

• Associate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of admin, AP/AR, billing, or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and stay accurate.
• Sound judgment handling confidential information.
• Valid, unrestricted Colorado driver's license.
• EMS, healthcare, or public safety experience a plus.
• Third-party billing or medical billing experience a plus.
