Office Admin
Crossroads Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team in Loveland, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Knowledge of Dealertrack and previous dealership experience is essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage automotive billing processes accurately and efficiently
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Utilize Dealertrack systems for daily operations and reporting
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits as necessary
- Support general office administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of Dealertrack system
- Previous experience working in a dealership environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
