We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team at our downtown Orlando office. This role identifies strategic brand and consumer issues to guide strategy/product development and analyzes how consumers and businesses bank, how they use technology, and what their perspectives are to shape growth and marketing and credit union strategies. Compensation starts at $66,000/year.
What will I be doing in this role?
Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data from various sources such as campaigns, member behavior, demographics, channels, and market trends.
Perform extensive market research to identify new opportunities, helping the credit union to achieve growth in market share and increase share of wallet of existing members.
Gather competitor offers and reports on these relative to the credit union's offerings.
Generate regular reports and dashboards through PowerBI and Salesforce Datorama to communicate marketing performance metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
Evaluates demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets and makes appropriate recommendations for targeted marketing campaigns.
Manages, maintains, and updates the MCIF and CRM systems which is utilized for, but not limited to: identifying and creating targeted member campaigns, analyzing trends, developing and enhancing effective cross-sell database matrices, providing business unit reports, measuring the ROI of campaigns, and more.
Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast marketing outcomes and guide strategic decision-making.
What experience do I need for the role?
3-4 years marketing analyst experience
Financial product experience a plus!
Proficient in the use of marketing databases and CRM systems.
SQL knowledge through usage of SSRS and SSMS.
Implementation of both qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies, brand, and consumer strategy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with presenting findings and recommendations to members of leadership.
