Crossover in Malibu is hiring a Learning Coach to guide K-3 students through life-skills workshops and targeted coaching. You will not deliver lessons at a whiteboard, but use coaching, motivation, and Coachbot analytics to help each child progress toward ambitious weekly targets. This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience with children aged 4–9.
