About This Role The RN in the Women and Children's Float Pool at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital provides exceptional care for Mother/Baby patients, pediatric patients, and Level II NICU infants. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Fairview Hospital Department/Unit: Women and Children's Float Pool Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and their families. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required. Experience One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience required. One year of NICU/MB/Pediatrics experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
