VISTA Data Evaluation, Impacts, and Outcomes Coordinator

VISTA Data Evaluation, Impacts, and Outcomes Coordinator Encompass Housing provides recuperative care, housing navigation, housing retention, and supportive services that improve housing outcomes and economic mobility for vulnerable individuals and families. The organization relies on data-driven decision-making and strong funder partnerships to maximize program impact and ensure effective service delivery. The VISTA Data Evaluation, Impacts, and Outcomes Coordinator will build organizational capacity by strengthening systems for data collection, evaluation, and impact reporting. The member will work with leadership and program staff to develop sustainable processes that measure outcomes, track grant performance, and communicate organizational impact to funders and stakeholders for the organization. The VISTA member will help create standardized reporting tools, improve data quality, analyze program outcomes, and focus on continuous quality improvement efforts. By establishing effective evaluation systems and documenting measurable outcomes, the member will help Encompass Housing demonstrate program effectiveness, strengthen funding opportunities, and improve services for individuals and families experiencing housing instability and poverty. Member Duties Objective 1: Strengthen data collection and evaluation systems. Assess current data collection processes. Develop standardized tools and reporting templates. Develop staff trainings on data collection procedures. Objective 2: Develop systems to measure and report grant impacts and outcomes for the organization. Collect and develop data tools to analyze program performance data. Develop dashboards and outcome reports. Establish templates for grant reporting and impact narratives. Objective 3: Focus on data-driven decision making. Review key performance indicators. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to program leadership.
