Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and promptly report changes.
• Support the nursing team in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

Requirements:

• Active CNA license in PA
• At least 6 months of recent experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in fast-paced environments.
