Nurse Practitioner (NP) Location: Pismo Beach, CA Overview Our team is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services in an outpatient clinical setting. Our role focuses on delivering high-quality care to children and families through health assessments, care planning, and patient education within a collaborative and supportive environment. Position Offers Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Competitive compensation: $85–$90 per hour (DOE) Outpatient-only practice setting Collaborative clinical team environment Strong patient volume in an established practice Flexible weekday schedule with strong work-life balance No nights or major holidays Opportunity for ongoing assignments Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pediatric health assessments Develop and implement individualized care plans Provide preventive and acute pediatric primary care services Administer medications and treatments as appropriate Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Qualifications Current California Nurse Practitioner license Minimum of 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience working with pediatric patients Strong pediatric assessment and diagnostic skills Experience in outpatient pediatrics preferred Excellent communication and patient education abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Why Join Us Join a respected outpatient pediatrics practice offering a supportive team environment, strong patient volume, and a flexible schedule.
