Healthcare Relationship Manager

About the Role Develops, advises, manages, and retains Healthcare and Professional Banking client relationships. Provides wealth management services to these clients including deposit, cash management, credit, investment management, and trust services. Engages in business development of client relationships: engages with bank partners for wealth management and implementation strategies to include investments, trust, financial planning, and other wealth services. Manages and reviews client relationships on an ongoing basis, including loan origination, portfolio management, and audit readiness. Engages with and develops internal and external referral partners. Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job‑specific training. Maintains a working knowledge of Bank’s written policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other applicable regulations. May coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words. Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate. Embraces the vision to become a "Business Bank of Choice". May perform other duties as assigned. About You Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 7 years’ experience in Healthcare and lending (required) Proactive working knowledge of credit structures Focused on client satisfaction Ability to work independently Ability to provide client solutions Extensive knowledge of bank products and services to cross‑sell Proficient in prospecting, building, and managing client relationships Proactive in external and internal job functions Working knowledge of all job functions Proficient knowledge of other banking services offered by other lines of business to identify and offer qualified referrals Occasional travel Compensation The pay range for this role is $113,000.00 to $175,000.00. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non‑discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
