Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Cardiac Cath Lab/EP to join a dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive cardiac diagnostics and interventions within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including PCI, within the lab.
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and responses during procedures to ensure safety.
• Administer sedation and medications as needed, following established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and technical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document procedural details and patient information accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Maintain and operate specialized equipment such as GE X-ray systems, Alaris pumps, and FFR/IVUS tools.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure with current state registration.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology setting.
• Proficiency in monitoring, circulating, and scrubbing during cardiac procedures.
• Experience with advanced vascular procedures and specialized equipment.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS; RCIS or ARRT credentials preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
