About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join its executive leadership team. The CHRO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide HR and human capital strategies that are in line with the organization's objectives and long-term growth. This role involves providing executive leadership in all HR functions, from talent acquisition and retention to employee engagement and performance management. The successful candidate will also serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, championing a positive and high-performing workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a Master's degree and more than 10 years' of experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in senior-level HR leadership. The role requires a comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, as well as a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, analytical skills, and exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Experience in managing sensitive employee matters, leading organizational change, and balancing various considerations is essential. The CHRO will also be expected to have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance and to work on-site with a limited telework option.
