Proposal Coordinator

Coordinating the proposal lifecycle, the full-time remote Proposal Coordinator will manage opportunity tracking, draft content, and ensure timely submission of proposals while supporting mission-driven initiatives in energy and sustainability. Key responsibilities Coordinate the proposal lifecycle from opportunity tracking through final submission, maintaining timelines and managing contributors Produce organized and compliant proposal drafts by facilitating strategy sessions and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders Research funding sources and monitor RFPs, aligning opportunities with organizational priorities and supporting post-award processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of proposal and report coordination experience Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under deadline pressure Strong editing skills with experience in producing clear and accurate written content Familiarity with procurement, grant application processes, and contract language interpretation Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other digital collaboration tools
