Commercial Property Manager

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER Bluestone Real Estate Services Bluestone Real Estate Services is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations and performance of a portfolio of commercial properties. You’ll balance property operations, financial management, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations while serving as a trusted point of contact for property owners and tenants. The typical schedule for this position is Monday–Friday, with participation in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule. WHAT YOU’LL DO Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with a focus on strong physical and financial performance. Build positive relationships with tenants, respond to concerns, and provide excellent customer service. Communicate regularly with property owners regarding operations, financial performance, maintenance, and other property matters. Conduct weekly site visits and help ensure properties are clean, well maintained, and operating effectively. Coordinate third‑party vendors, maintenance requests, service calls, and repairs through timely completion. Review and code invoices, track work orders, and address invoice discrepancies as needed. Monitor tenant correspondence, delinquencies, and appropriate collection or eviction notices. Maintain accurate property and tenant information in the property management system. Review monthly operating statements and prepare variance reports for property owners. Prepare annual property budgets and reconcile operating expenses. Respond to emergency situations and participate in the rotating after-hours on-call schedule. WHAT YOU’LL BRING At least 2 years of commercial property management or related experience. Residential management experience may be considered if you’ve successfully managed multiple properties. Strong organization and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize competing needs and meet deadlines. Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including tact, diplomacy, and discretion in sensitive situations. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn property management software such as AppFolio. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
