As a Server, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping each guest's experience by offering warm, attentive, and polished service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. TEI Hospitality is hiring to join our team! Ray's in the City is a distinguished Atlanta dining destination, recognized for exceptional steaks, fresh seafood, fine wines, and warm, attentive hospitality. Located in the heart of the city, we blend timeless culinary standards with a refined, modern atmosphere. Our team is dedicated to delivering excellence in every dish and creating memorable guest experiences through genuine service and deliberate attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm, professional food and beverage service, including welcoming guests, taking orders, serving, and clearing tables.
• Ensure assigned station is properly set, maintained, and cleaned before, during, and after each shift.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu, bar offerings, and daily specials, confidently making recommendations when appropriate.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure timely, precise delivery of all items.
• Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and elevate the dining experience.
• Uphold all state and federal alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest age and monitoring responsible consumption.
• Build genuine, hospitable relationships with guests while maintaining a polished, professional presence.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work and actively support the team during service.
• Participate in ongoing training, read shift notes, attend meetings, and adhere to all company policies and service standards.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant schedule.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in service and order taking.
