Qualifications Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience with 3 to 5 years in HR support or administrative roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with HRIS systems such as QuickBooks or NetSuite is preferred High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Experience supporting onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee record management Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Valid driver’s license required Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks such as typing We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the job they do and eager to contribute to our team.
