What You'll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in providing a smooth and positive experience for both our patients and the doctor.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate patient care and excellent chairside support
• Assist the doctor with endodontic procedures
• Take digital dental radiographs
• Prepare/clean treatment and examination rooms
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Review patient charts and prepare them for the doctor's arrival
• Accurately document appropriate patient information during examinations and treatment
• Help maintain efficient patient flow and minimize wait times
• Order, organize, and maintain dental supplies
• Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

What We're Looking For

• Active Oregon Dental Assistant certification
• Oregon Dental Radiology certification (or working on receiving one)
• Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to compassionate and respectful patient care
