Dental Assistant Position

This Dental Assistant position supports multiple departments within the School of Dentistry based upon clinical needs. The position requires flexibility and willingness to adapt to new situations and processes based upon the specific department that is being supported for each shift. We are recruiting for 5 open positions at this time.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an approved Dental Assistant training program OR
• One year of experience as a chair side Dental Assistant
• Certification by the Oregon State Board of Dentistry for Radiological Proficiency required for all positions
• BLS from AHA required. New hires will be enrolled in an OHSU training course and will be required to complete the course during the onboarding process
• Must have worked as a dental assistant within the last 5 years
