As Human Resources Manager, you'll partner with leadership to recruit, develop, and retain an exceptional workforce while helping create a culture where employees feel respected, supported, and connected to the organization's mission. Partner with leaders on employee relations and performance management. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Oversee benefits administration, HR policies, and personnel records. Assist with compensation planning and workforce development. Foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. What You'll Bring Healthcare Human Resources experience preferred. Experience with employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and HR operations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with leaders throughout the organization. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Compensation & Benefits Approximately $90,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits package.
