The Senior Maximo Transit Consultant is a senior delivery and capability leadership role within the clients Americas Professional Services team, focused on public transit agencies and fleet-intensive operations. It is designed for highly experienced Maximo specialists with a strong background in bus transit who want to apply their skills to deliver outstanding client value, while coaching and mentoring others to uplift capabili

ty.

  Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo solutions for transit agencies, addressing bus fleet maintenance, work and asset management, parts inventory, and regulatory compli
• ance.Provide strategic advice on transit asset management optimisation, including fleet lifecycle, preventive maintenance programs, and state-of-good-repair objectives through an integrated asset management information ecosy
• stem.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, including engagement with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and bu
• y-in.Mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants in technical delivery, solution design, and consulting excell
• ence.Align regional delivery practices with global methodologies and stand
• ards.Provide thought leadership on how to best architect and leverage Maximo to deliver operational reliability, fleet availability, and strategic outcomes for transit operat
