Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced RN with ICU specialization to provide expert critical care services. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced ICU setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage equipment per protocols.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license with current Nursys verification.
• Possess at least 3 years of recent ICU experience.
• Be BLS, ACLS, NIH, and CA RN license certified.
• Demonstrate flexibility to float within different units and campuses.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills.
