Manufacturing Technician/Austin, Texas

Manufacturing Technicians needed for an 18-month contract-to-hire role in Austin, Texas. Pay Rate: $21 to $25 per hour Requirements: 2 to 3 years of electro-mechanical assembly and testing of finished products Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Troubleshoot and repair assemblies Excellent computer skills Vacuum experience Semi-conductor and SAP experience is a plus Responsibilities: Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and instructions Perform troubleshooting and repairs, identify and correct errors Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps for testing Enter data on computer, including progress, work expenses, and labor details; may include programming, repairs, or software installs Inspect parts for defects and perform audits to ensure part availability Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes Additional Information: Shift options: 1st shift (6AM-5PM), 2nd shift (5PM-4AM, includes Saturdays, with 10% differential) Must be open to working weekends Estimated pay range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, life & disability insurance, weekly payroll, employee discounts, referral bonuses Apply now to join a leading global staffing company with over 65 years of experience Note: Pay ranges are estimates; actual pay depends on experience and qualifications.
