- Construct and install frameworks, walls, and ceilings with precision.
- Hang and finish drywall to ensure a smooth and polished look.
- Measure and cut materials to the required specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks.
- Proven experience as a carpenter, drywaller, all around knowledge in remodeling in residential or commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Strong set of tools
