In this role, you’ll partner closely with both customers and internal implementation teams to drive adoption, reduce risk and provide proactive support for long-term customer success and relationship management. What You’ll Do Serve as customer advocate during implementation, providing support and issue resolution Partner with customers to drive software adoption, providing guidance and training Collaborate with implementation teams to identify gaps, and keep projects on track Participate in customer meetings, providing recommendations and progress reports What You'll Bring A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping others succeed Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experienced with EDI, FSS, Mobile Communications, etc. Experience working on implementation/integration projects. Experience with McLeod Software products in a support or training capacity (preferred) Transportation industry knowledge/experience (preferred) Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Previous experience with McLeod Software or similar software platforms (preferred) Why McLeod Software?
