Assistant Spa ManagerAre you an exceptional sales-business manager with a passion for the spa industry? Ready to take your spa management experience to new levels? Take a look at this great opportunity! Hand and Stone is seeking for an Assistant Spa Manager in Broomall, PA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-5 years of management/sales experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment and strong entrepreneurial spirit. The primary qualifications and requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:Retail/sales experienceA passion for people and salesHigh level of enthusiasmDemonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with disciplineStrong organizational/planning and computer skillsExperience with a booking system is a plusOversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spaAbility to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facialsHandle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reportingAbility to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidaysKnowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lineWhat's in it for you?Hourly wage plus commissions and generous bonusesFlexible schedulesProfessional and safe work environmentEmployee discountsRetirement MatchContestsCompensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
