Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Freelance, Contract) job at Gruntwork. San Francisco, CA. Location: Remote We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help us source and qualify top-tier software engineering talent across LinkedIn and other platforms. In this role, you’ll conduct brief 15-minute introduction calls, gather key candidate information, and compile detailed candidate reports including resumes and recorded interview videos. This is a freelance/contract position with a performance-based payment model, offering full flexibility and the ability to work remotely. Source strong candidates from LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms Leverage your existing global network of software engineers Schedule and conduct brief 15-minute virtual intro calls Record meetings with candidate consent and gather all relevant information Create structured candidate profiles, including: Resume Video interview recording LinkedIn URL Contact information (email, WhatsApp) Assessment notes (communication, skills, availability, etc.) Evaluate and report on each candidate’s: Technical background Communication skills Availability and salary expectations Submit qualified candidates for internal review and feedback Availability to work full-time (9 AM – 5 PM Central Time) Immediate or 1-week notice period preferred Target salary range of $3,000–$4,000/month, up to $5,000 for exceptional candidates Clear communication in English and strong professional background This is a performance-based freelance role Recruiters are paid per candidate who meets all criteria and is approved by our internal team for client submission Payment per matched candidate: $10–$15 USD, based on the quality and completeness of the submission A 'matched candidate' includes: Resume Video interview recording Contact info (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) Assessment details (availability, notice period, salary expectations) 100% remote work — manage your own hours Simple and repeatable workflow Fast-paced environment with ongoing hiring needs Collaborate with a team that values clarity, results, and talent Your effort directly impacts companies hiring elite software engineers You’ll play a key role in bridging global talent with top-tier U.S. clients #J-18808-Ljbffr Payfuture Technologies
