Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for an individual to fill a specialized data entry and vendor coordinator position at Mavis Tire . In this role, you will use Microsoft Dynamics and other software to enter and manage vendor invoices and help with managing ISP vendors. We will provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Perform data entry tasks, including entering and updating information into the Dynamics 365 system.
• Purchasing Support: Process purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy of order details.
• Audit & Review: Review invoices and associated documentation for reasonableness, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with purchasing guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work with the IT to resolve invoice discrepancies or issues.
• Assist the team: Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred but not required (training provided).
• Software Proficiency: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace .
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM/ERP systems is a significant bonus.
• Experience with Smartsheet is a strong plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills for phone-based coordination and scheduling.
